BLUSENS-STX CONFIRMS ITS PROJECT FOR THE 2010 SEASON

Team BQR from Cardedeu (Barcelona), which will be called BLUSENS-STX this year due to the collaboration of their sponsor Blu:sens (sponsoring the team for the fourth season in a row), a leading company in the electronic sector, and STX Global Services, a shipping and transportations company, presents its sportive project for the season 2010.
BLUSENS-STX team will participate in the MotoGP World Championship in 125cc class with the Spanish rider Tito Rabat and in Moto2 class with two riders: Yonny Hernández (Colombia) and Mashel Al Naimi (Qatar). Al Naimi will be the first Qatari rider in history to race in the MotoGP World Championship and Hernández will be the second Colombian, after Martín Cárdenas - who also was working with the team BQR in 2006 under the management of its dynamic owner Raul Romero.
Mashel Al Naimi talked during his first interview about the great opportunity that working with BLUSENS-STX is:
“I am really excited to be working with BLUSENS-STX. It is the first time for me to be in a very competitive championship. This is a positive step for my career. I will have the opportunity to race in many of the top racing circuits in the world and I would like to thank my sponsors Q-tel and QMMF for all their support. I am the first Qatari rider in the World Championship; which is a great honour. Also Moto2 is a very tough championship. Thus, my goals are to learn everything about the bike and the tracks, have a healthy season and perform to the best of my ability. I am really happy to ride with a great experienced team and be part of the Moto2 crew.”
On the other hand, Yonny Hernández was very happy after making the contract with the team official: “I am fully satisfied with the deal signed with BLUSENS-STX. I am thankful that they trust me so much and I am going to give everything I have to learn from every race, as I have been doing always in my career. I am hoping I will give the Colombian fans and motor enthusiasts in general many satisfactions. Finally, I would like to thank my family for their support, they have always had faith on me and this has been really helpful to make my dream become true.”
